    Return Policy

    Here at Grimy Girl, we want you to LOVE your purchases!  We know that sometimes things just don’t fit or they just don’t look quite right.  So here is our return policy.

    Time is of the Essence!  If you want cash back, then full-priced merchandise must be returned within 14 days from the date of the order for a refund in the same manner as was paid.  If you can’t get the product back to us in 14 days, then you have 30 days to return it for a store credit.  Anything over 30 days is not eligible for return.

    All merchandise must be returned in NEW CONDITION (unwashed and unworn with the original tag still attached.) Any item returned in less than perfect condition (makeup stains, deodorant stains, pet hair or smoke) may be refused and returned to you at your expense.

    Shoes must be returned in their original box and mailed back inside another box. If there is any damage to the shoe box, it may not be accepted. The item will then be returned to the customer at customer’s expense. 

    Important Note: All SALE items, or anything purchased at a discounted price, is considered a FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.

    Due to the high-volume of orders we receive, we do not do exchanges. Our clothing is super-hot and in high demand, so we cannot guarantee the item or size you need will still be available.  We suggest calling us directly to make sure that we have what you need.  We will be happy to hold if for you for 7 days after the day you call, so make sure you get the item in the mail right away!

    If you received defective merchandise or are missing items, please contact our customer service department (We still answer the phone!) within two business days of receiving your product so we can correct the issue.

    RETURNING (In a nut shell)
    1. Make sure what you are returning is in like now condition..
    2. Fill out the return form included with your shipment and include it in the return.

    1. Please return your item(s) via the shipping carrier of your choice. Return shipping is solely the customer's expense. We like the post office because it is easy and they provide tracking. Of course, you may use any carrier (have a hot UPS guy that picks up?), however, if the package is lost or damaged in transit, then that is not our responsibility. 
    2. Once your package is received please allow our Returns Department up to five business days for processing. When your return is processed you will receive an email notification stating that it is complete.

    The Bottom Line:

    We want you to be happy with your purchase and with us.  Give us a chance to make it right.  We promise we will do our absolute best!
